Job Summary
Bobbees Bottling Inc. is looking for good candidates to fill the open position of the Manufacturing Maintenance Technician. The candidate selected for this position will play a critical role in our production and maintenance departments. Responsible for setting up production equipment and maintaining productivity and functionality throughout the day.
Schedule
- 1ST Shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM; Mon-Fri
- Must be flexible to work occasional weekend hours for special projects as well as being able to stay past their assigned end of shift hours in case extra coverage is needed.
Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on machinery.
- Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will assist with installation of new manufacturing equipment
- Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot and adjust bottling conveyor equipment.
- Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will perform equipment set-up in between product changeovers throughout the shift as needed.
- Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will assist other technicians to set up all equipment in the morning/evenings for the next production day.
Requirements
- Candidates must have 1+ years machine maintenance background including electrical and mechanical experience.
- Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints and machine schematics.
- Candidates must be mechanically inclined and able to take apart and rebuild equipment.
- Electrical, plumbing or welding certification/license is a plus.
- Experience working in food manufacturing is a plus.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment.
- Candidates must be able to lift at least 50lbs, bend, stoop and climb a ladder throughout the day when needed.
- Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Candidates with any formal industrial maintenance experience is a plus.
- Candidates with any trades higher education is a plus.
