Summary

Shape the future of our workforce as a Corporate Recruiter, playing a key role in attracting and securing top talent across the organization. In this role, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle, building strong partnerships with hiring leaders, deliveringexceptionalcandidate experience, and strengthening our presence in the communities we serve. You will design and execute innovative local and national recruiting strategies, blend proven sourcing methods with creative approaches, and guide candidates seamlessly from first connection through offer and close, ensuring every hire supports our business goals and culture.

This position can be remote based but must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours. This will be a 4-6 month contract.

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform world class fulllife cyclerecruiting for administrative and salaried positions. Ability toassistin recruitment for field positions asneed be.

  • Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniquestobe competitive instate-of-the-artrecruiting practicestoplan the delivery of solutions, improve business processes, and provide subject matterexpertiseintalent acquisition

  • Develops andmaintainsstrong working relationships with client groups, HR field personnel, vendors, communityorganizationsand other team members;participatein career fairs. Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate. Develops andmaintainsa network of industry contacts to helpidentifyand source qualified employees.

  • Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills,experienceand knowledge in relation to position requirements.Prescreenscandidates. Creates and presents prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.

  • Interviewsall candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, including the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies. Manages the scheduling andlogisticsof all interviews between candidates and hiring managers including all necessary communications and follow up with both the candidate and hiring managers.

  • Extends all offersof employment to selected candidates with coordination of the Hiring Manager, HR Business Partner, and Compensation Manager, all within the established guidelines.

  • Maintainsaccurateand well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required using available tools such as ATS and HRMS.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.

  • 3-5+ years of professional level recruiting experience for exempt level employees within aCorporateenvironment.

  • Proventrack recordof success inassistingin the development of a centralized recruiting activity.

  • Ability to collaborate at all levels of management at both corporate and offsite locations.

  • Solid working knowledge of social media and web-recruiting techniques to drive talent pipelines.

  • Experience meeting Talent Acquisition goals such as Time to Fill, Cost Per Hire, Agency Utilization, etc.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of thetime asbusiness needs require.

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.

  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.

  • May need to access files,suppliesand equipment.
